Waitara High School offers many interesting and diverse courses through the Virtual Learning Network. This gives the students the opportunity to take part in digital lesson taught through video conferencing.
The Virtual Learning Network was set up in the first instance to complement the wide range of video conference supported programs offered by schools throughout the country.
Classes are delivered via a video and audio link with a host school, and various other schools who participate in the class. Our advanced video conferencing technology allows fast, high quality, seamless communication across long distances, and is an excellent tool for students who are interested in specialised courses which many schools do not offer.
